The place I still crave for

*Updates- What luck! I finally got my hands on the shoes I was lusting for in the previous post! The girl backed out last minute! Wooohoo!*

Since I haven't been going out much these few days, I can't update much about the present. So I digged up some old pictures that were taken during my Winter trip, continuation of Barcelona. This time I'll bring the best memories of the Spanish county, my favorite beach, Barceloneta Beach as well as some of the most famous tourist spots!

Park Guell, a garden complex of architectural elements situated on top of a hill in Barcelona.

The unique shape of the serpentine bench enables the people sitting on it to converse privately, although the square is large. The bench is tiled and in order to dry up quickly after it rains, and to stop people from sitting in the wet part of the bench, small bumps were installed by Gaudí.

The kid was stalking us after we took tons of pictures of them. LOL.

They can't stop posing for the camera. As adorable as they are, we became agitated when they became relentless to let us go.

Football kids.

On top of the park overlooking Barcelona. I love the place.

The view.

On top of the stairs.

Sagrada Familia

A massive, privately-funded Roman Catholic church that has been under construction in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain since 1882 and is expected to continue until at least 2026. Considered the master-work of renowned Catalan architect Antoni Gaudi (1852–1926), the project's vast scale and idiosyncratic design have made it one of Barcelona's (and Spain's) top tourist attractions for many years. A portion of the building's interior is scheduled to open for public worship and tours by September of 2010.

Under massive construction for years.

Sacrifice

View from the top. The management's actually earning millions because the entrance fee is already a whooping 20euros (if not mistaken) with additional payment if you wish to go to the towers. Rich mtf!

The interior.

Gorgeous ray of colors as the sun shine against the tinted glasses.

Happy belated Valentine's day. It was in February then.

Barceloneta Beach

I <3!

The rocky beach.

Shadows on the ground.

The perfect weather with the perfect scenery.

Side walk.

Chilling. I wish I could do that daily.

As the waves hit the sand.

p/s: I miss the times I was skinny during the trip as I wasn't able to binge on food the whole 2.5 weeks as I am like a pig now!!! :(
